SubSpace Sessions take the live music experiences of the Charles Hayden Planetarium to new dimensions- bringing the innovative and groundbreaking work to you virtually! On Thursday, May 7 don’t miss the premiere of SubSpace Sessions: Abraham, a kosher rock artist from Nowhere, New England. Prior to the band's formation in 2019, 'stepping on stage' meant donning bowties and performing tasteless wedding songs at the request of your new Aunt Dolores (the one with a tattoo for each of her 11 cats). With the bottled frustration of a rocker told one too many times to turn down, Abraham finds inspiration in colliding electronic grooves with pop-worthy melodies and middle-eastern harmony. You don't have to be a 'believer' to believe in Abraham. Kosher rock is for gentiles, too.
